※ The Function of Each Component

1. Rail Assembly M/C : It is Main Equipment to inspect final assembly in assembled parts and additional parts at 2nd main Equipment as 1st Main Equipment of Rail Assembly M/C

2. U/Rail Assembly M/C : It is Main Equipment to inspect Upper Rail Assembly as 2nd Main Equipment of Rail Assembly

3. Rail Conveyor : It is Main Conveyor Equipment to connect 1st M/C and 2nd M/C as 3rd Main Equipment of Rail Assembly M/C

4. Unloading Conveyor : It has a function of Conveyor to transfer final finished product to the worker at Rail Assembly M/C

5. Grease Room : It is Device to supply Grease and that Pump which Rail assembly need

6. Electric Panel : It is Electric Panel constructed to drive Rail Assembly M/C

7. Rivet Feeder : It is Device to supply automatically separate the Rivet as unit product of Rail Assembly

8. Inspection Table : It is Inspection Table to inspect manually the worker finished Rail Assembly

9. Retainer Feeder : It is Device to supply automatically separate the Retainer as unit product of Rail Assembly

10. Laser Marking : It is Device to mark the Lot Number by the Laser at finished product

11. Transformer – 3K : It is Device to down the voltage

12. NG Box : It is the Box to keep and separate to transfer finally No Good Product
